NMA has worked with numerous public and private entities in various industries to conduct sound and legally defensible investigations. In some instances, an employee may have lodged a formal complaint or the organization may be facing a lawsuit from a government agency or individual. In other instances, the organization may require assistance in conducting a pre-employment investigation to ensure sound hiring decisions and well-vetted candidates; suspect wrongdoing by an employee and seek to confirm these suspicions to determine the appropriate course of action; or wish to conduct a climate review of a particular department to address an area of concern that has been brought to light.
