Nicole Miller & Associates for Education Investigations
As the leading independent investigators for school districts in Southern California, NMA has conducted a wide range of investigations for schools pertaining to both students and school personnel. Each of our investigators have undergone criminal history clearance by the California Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigations in accordance with California Education Code §33192, §33195.3, and §45125.1. Our investigators are well-versed in board policies and administrative regulations and undergo regular training to ensure compliance with ever-evolving laws and regulations pertaining to schools and education. We are skilled at assessing participant credibility, examining all evidence to make sound findings of fact in accordance with school policy, and determining when complaints have been set forth in bad faith. We work meticulously as objective, outside observers to compile and analyze the evidence and communicate our findings in a timely and sophisticated manner so that school personnel may remain focused on their own roles and responsibilities within the organization and without interruption.
